Do I need to be technical?
No. We install RapidTrader on your server (or help you rent one), and your first month of support is included. After that, ongoing support is an optional monthly add-on. You use a web app; we handle everything underneath.
Can it really replace a sourcing VA?
It replaces the repetitive part — scanning sites, checking prices, verifying restrictions, creating listings — and does it around the clock at a scale no person can match. You still approve every buy. If you already have a VA, they move up to judgment work instead of grinding through tabs.
How does it handle retailers it has never seen?
The first time RapidTrader meets a new retailer, its AI discovery learns how that site presents product data and caches the result — a one-off AI cost of well under a penny. Every product from that retailer parses free from then on. Sites that genuinely can't be parsed go on a skip list, so no AI tokens are wasted retrying them.
Is my sourcing data private?
Completely. RapidTrader is single-tenant: your server, your database, your Amazon connection. Your deals are never pooled, shared or resold — unlike leads lists, where every deal you receive has thirty other buyers.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Built for Amazon UK and EU sellers first, through the official Amazon integration. Selling elsewhere? Mention it in the form — it's usually straightforward to support.
